US Plate Blocks are fun to collect! Here you'll find many different postage stamps in blocks of four. What makes a plate block?  First, the specific printing plate serial number is found on any of the four corners of the block of 4 stamps. Corners are referred to as 'Upper Left', 'Lower Left', 'Upper Right', and 'Lower Right'. Also, the salvage must be left intact. The block of four stamps must also be unsevered. Some stamp enthusiasts try to collect all four corners of a plate number. Any way you look at it, stamp plate block collecting is a fun pastime, whether you're a seasoned collector or new to the hobby!
