Scott #1128 is a 4¢ Commemorative United States Postage Stamp Honoring the 50th Anniversary of the First Expedition to Reach the North Pole.

All plate blocks are in MNH (Mint Never Hinged) condition. Four different plates were used when printing the stamps. The corresponding plate numbers are 26303, 26304, 26305, and 26306. If the plate number & position are not important when ordering, you can select 'Surprise me!'. Each separate plate block will come in a glassine envelope for protection.

  • Subject - The stamp marks the 50th anniversary of Robert E. Peary's discovery of the North Pole (1909–1959). Its design celebrates Arctic exploration through iconic imagery, including a globe, a dog sled, and the USS Nautilus submarine.
