  • Subject: The St. Lawrence Seaway links the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean. Notably, it holds a special place in philatelic history as the first jointly issued stamp between the United States and Canada. The design features a detailed map of the Great Lakes alongside imagery of a ship and canal, while an eagle and maple leaf serve as enduring symbols of the partnership between the two nations.

NOTE: Please understand that we’ve made every effort to inspect these stamps for visual defects and imperfect gum. As amateur collectors, they’ve passed our 'keep' test (...and we're pretty picky ☺️). We believe that, although these postage stamp blocks are not professionally certified, they are in excellent condition.

* Plate # 26343 is only available in the UL (upper left) position and is considered extremely rare. It is not available on this website.
