Scott #1133 4¢ United States Postage Stamp Commemorates the Soil Conservation Movement in America.

All plate blocks are in MNH (Mint Never Hinged) condition. Six different plates were used when printing the stamps. The corresponding plate numbers are 26406, 26407, 26410, 26415, 26423, and 26425. If the plate number & position are not important when ordering, you can select 'Surprise me!'. Each separate plate block will come in a glassine envelope for protection.

  • SubjectReleased during the Soil Conservation Society of America conference on August 26th, 1959, the stamp showcases a sweeping panoramic view of a farm, highlighting techniques such as contour plowing and cover crops, both employed to combat soil erosion.
