Scott #1150 4¢ United States Postage Stamp Commemorates the Importance of Water Conservation.

All plate blocks are in MNH (Mint Never Hinged) condition. Four different plates were used when printing the stamps. The corresponding plate numbers are 26588, 26590, 26592, and 26600. If the plate number & position are not important when ordering, you can select 'Surprise me!'. Each separate plate block will come in a glassine envelope for protection.

  • SubjectThe Scott #1150 4¢ Water Conservation stamp was issued in conjunction with the 7th Watershed Congress to raise awareness about the importance of preserving and protecting water resources. Its design features a leaf releasing a single drop of water into a tranquil pool, alongside a farm and town nestled beside a water dam — a powerful visual metaphor for the delicate relationship between natural water sources and human consumption.

NOTE: Please understand that we’ve made every effort to inspect these stamps for visual defects and imperfect gum. As amateur collectors, they’ve passed our 'keep' test (...and we're pretty picky ☺️). We believe that, although these postage stamp blocks are not professionally certified, they are in excellent condition.
