Scott #1158 4¢ United States Postage Stamp Commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the First Treaty of Amity and Commerce between the US and Japan.
All plate blocks are in MNH (Mint Never Hinged) condition. Four different plates were used when printing the stamps. The corresponding plate numbers are 26726, 26729, 26730, and 26731. If the plate number & position are not important when ordering, you can select 'Surprise me!'. Each separate plate block will come in a glassine envelope for protection.
- Subject - Scott #1158 is a four-cent U.S. commemorative stamp issued on September 28, 1960, to mark the centennial of the 1860 Treaty of Amity and Commerce between the United States and Japan. Depicted in blue and red, the design features the Washington Monument and Japanese cherry blossoms, honoring a century of friendship between the two nations.
